🛡️ Child Safety Standards

INTAKEE enforces strict child safety standards and has zero tolerance for content that harms or endangers minors.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use INTAKEE. Users under 13 are not permitted to register or upload content.
  • Absolute Prohibition: The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to authorities:
    • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
    • Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
    • Child trafficking or recruitment
    • Sexualization of minors in any context
    • Any content that endangers the safety or wellbeing of children
  • Violations will result in immediate content removal and permanent account ban.
  • Serious violations will be reported to law enforcement and child safety organizations including NCMEC as required.
  • Adult Content: Content intended for adult audiences must never involve minors. Such content must comply with all platform policies and may be subject to age-restrictions in future updates.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using INTAKEE, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use INTAKEE. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older. If INTAKEE discovers a user is under 13, the account will be immediately terminated.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Content Guidelines

Users must not upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying
  • Promotes violence or dangerous activities
  • Contains or promotes CSAM, CSAE, or any harm to minors
  • Contains explicit adult content involving minors in any way
  • Spreads misinformation or spam

4. Reporting Harmful Content

Users are encouraged and expected to report content that violates these Terms, especially content that endangers children or constitutes illegal material. You can report content directly on the platform using the report button, or by emailing:

5. Intellectual Property & Creator Content

Creator Ownership

Creators retain ownership of and all intellectual property rights they have in the original content they upload to INTAKEE. Uploading content to INTAKEE does not transfer ownership of that content to INTAKEE.

Limited License to INTAKEE

By uploading content, the creator grants INTAKEE a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display the content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, and promote the INTAKEE platform and make the creator's content available through its intended platform features.

This license does not transfer ownership of the creator's content to INTAKEE.

Creators remain free to post, distribute, license, or monetize their content on other platforms. INTAKEE does not require exclusivity.

Modification

INTAKEE does not claim a general right to creatively alter or repurpose a creator's work. Technical modifications necessary for platform functionality—such as transcoding, resizing, compression, thumbnail generation, formatting, or adapting content for different devices—are permitted.

Monetization

Uploading content does not give INTAKEE ownership of the creator's content.

If INTAKEE introduces creator monetization, advertising revenue sharing, subscriptions, or other monetization programs in the future, the applicable terms and creator compensation will be clearly disclosed before participation where required.

Deleting Content

When a creator deletes content from INTAKEE, INTAKEE will stop publicly displaying that content and the license associated with operating and displaying that content will terminate within a reasonable period, except where temporary copies must remain in backups, caches, security systems, or records for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, safety, or technical purposes. Any retained backup copies will not continue to be publicly displayed and will be removed through INTAKEE's normal backup-retention process unless retention is legally required.

Deleting an Account

When a creator deletes their account, their uploaded content will be removed from public availability and handled under the same deletion rules described above.

No Sale of Creator Ownership

INTAKEE will not sell or transfer ownership of a creator's uploaded content merely because it was uploaded to the platform.

Nothing in this Section 5 limits INTAKEE's right to moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or platform policies, including the Child Safety Standards and Content Guidelines above.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior, including any behavior that endangers children. Accounts violating child safety rules will be permanently banned. Users may also delete their own accounts at any time.

7. Disclaimers

INTAKEE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
