INTAKEE is built on trust and mutual respect. These guidelines help keep our community safe, welcoming, and fun for everyone.
Our Core Principles
Keep Kids Safe
Child safety is our highest priority. Any content sexualizing, exploiting, or endangering minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and permanent account ban.
No Hate or Harassment
Don't upload content that attacks, harasses, bullies, or demeans individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Respect IP Rights
Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Don't upload copyrighted material without authorization.
No Dangerous Content
Don't promote violence, illegal activities, self-harm, or dangerous trends that could endanger viewers.
Respect Privacy
Don't share others' private information without consent. Don't upload content that invades someone's privacy.
Be Authentic
Don't impersonate others, create fake accounts, or mislead viewers about who you are or what your content shows.
Prohibited Content (Will Be Removed)
- •Child exploitation: Any CSAM, grooming, or content endangering minors
- •Violence & harm: Content promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous challenges
- •Hate speech: Attacks on people based on identity, race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
- •Misinformation: False medical claims, election fraud claims, or harmful conspiracy theories
- •Harassment & bullying: Targeted attacks, doxxing, or coordinated harassment campaigns
- •Copyright infringement: Using others' content without permission
- •Privacy violations: Sharing personal info without consent, non-consensual intimate content
- •Spam & scams: Malware, phishing links, or deceptive schemes
Enforcement & Consequences
First Violation
Warning and content removal. Your account remains active.
Repeated Violations
Account suspension (24-48 hours) to cool-off period. Further violations lead to permanent ban.
Serious Violations
Immediate permanent ban. This includes child exploitation, violence, or illegal activity. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
How to Report Violations
See something that violates our guidelines? Report it immediately.
In-App Reporting
Click the report button on any video, comment, or profile. Select a reason and provide details.
Email Reporting
Contact intakee2025@gmail.com with details and links to the content.
Urgent: Child Safety
Report child exploitation immediately to intakee2025@gmail.com with subject "Child Safety Report" or contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org.
🛑 ZERO TOLERANCE: Child Safety
Any content involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- CSAM/CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse Material or imagery in any form
- Grooming: Attempting to exploit or solicit from minors
- Child endangerment: Content promoting harm, unsafe challenges, or exploitation
- Non-consensual content featuring minors: Any private or intimate content
Consequences: Immediate content removal, permanent account termination, automatic report to NCMEC, and potential law enforcement involvement.

Appeals & Rights
Appeal a Moderation Decision
If your content was removed or your account was suspended, you have the right to appeal. Email us at intakee2025@gmail.com with:
- Your account email
- Details about what was removed or the action taken
- Your explanation of why you believe it was a mistake
Appeal response time: Within 48 hours
Note on Serious Violations
Violations involving child safety, violence, illegal activity, or hate speech are not subject to appeal and result in permanent account termination without exception.
