INTAKEE respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information and keeping our platform safe for everyone.

🛡️ Child Safety Standards

INTAKEE has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

  • INTAKEE is for users 13 years and older only. Users under 13 may not create accounts or upload content.
  • Strictly prohibited: CSAM, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, sexualization of minors, or any content endangering children.
  • Violating content is removed immediately. Violating accounts are permanently banned.
  • Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement and NCMEC.
  • Adult content must never involve minors and must comply with all platform policies.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Account information (username, email)
  • Content you upload (videos, podcasts, clips)
  • Usage data (likes, views, interactions)
  • Payment transaction metadata (amounts, dates, statuses, and provider reference IDs — not card or bank numbers)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the platform
  • Allow users to upload and interact with content
  • Communicate updates and notifications
  • Enforce safety policies and protect minors

3. Device Permissions

INTAKEE requests access to the following device features only when you choose to use them:

  • Photo Library (Photos) — Used when you upload existing photos or videos from your library to share on the platform. INTAKEE does not access, stores, or transmits any photos or videos from your library unless you explicitly select them for upload.
  • Microphone — Used only when you choose to record a voice comment or voice reply on a video, clip, or podcast. Audio is recorded solely for the voice comment you create and is not accessed at any other time. INTAKEE does not listen to or record audio in the background.

INTAKEE does not use the Camera and does not record video. All video and image content is uploaded from your existing photo library. You can deny either permission at any time in your device settings; only the related feature (uploads or voice comments) will be unavailable.

4. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they upload. INTAKEE does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared as required by law, to operate the platform, or when necessary to protect child safety and comply with legal obligations.

6. Payment & Financial Data

INTAKEE uses third-party payment providers (such as Stripe) to process creator payments and payouts. When you set up payouts or make a payment, your payment card, bank account, tax, and identity information is collected and processed by the payment provider — not by INTAKEE.

INTAKEE stores only non-sensitive transaction metadata, such as transaction amounts, dates, statuses, and payment-provider reference IDs needed to display your earnings and payout history. We do not store your full card numbers, bank account numbers, or tax identification numbers.

In-app purchases made on iOS and Android are processed by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

8. Age Requirements

INTAKEE is only for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts. If we become aware of an underage account, it will be removed. Parents or guardians may contact us at intakee2025@gmail.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
